Refund policy

We want you to feel real relief. You have 14 days from delivery to try the BumpGlow Cooling Roller. if it doesn't help you, simply return it for a refund, even if you've used it.

We offer 14-day hassle-free returns from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in generally good, working condition - light use from trying it out, is completely fine.

You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Email us at chillbeauty2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see below).

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items showing visible damage, misuse, or contamination beyond normal trial use.
